Return & Exchange Policy — Sleep Etiquette®

At Sleep Etiquette®, our goal is simple: to help you love every part of your sleep ritual. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and unwashed

Returned in its original packaging with tags intact

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To begin a return, please email us at support@sleepetiquette.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@sleepetiquette.com.


Exchanges

Need a different color or looking to gift your item instead?
The quickest way is to return your item first and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, used or opened silk pillow covers cannot be returned unless they are defective.
We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before returning it.


European Union Customers

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — no explanation required.
The returned item must meet the same eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping Notes

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.

  • Sleep Etiquette® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues.
